MICHAEL JOHNSTON
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Michael has more than 20 years of corporate finance and capital markets experience. He has worked in London, Melbourne and Sydney, predominantly in corporate finance roles for Credit Suisse, Morgans and Ord Minnett.
Michael has a successful track record of providing corporate and strategic advice to Australian public and private companies. He has extensive experience in M&A, corporate advisory and capital raisings.
He holds an MBA from AGSM at The University of New South Wales, a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA (formerly the Securities Institute of Australia). He is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
TOM ANNING
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Tom is an experienced corporate adviser, investor, and non-executive director. His 20-year career in the finance industry includes positions as a senior executive in private equity with Intermediate Capital Group and ANZ Private Equity as well as a corporate adviser with UBS Investment Bank.
Tom has been on the Board of numerous private equity businesses including as Chairman of Everlight Radiology and non-executive director of RSEA, Cura and SCF Group.
He holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment (FINSIA), a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Accounting) from Bond University, a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) / Bachelor of Business (Management) from the University of Queensland.

Nic has more than 25 years of financial services and capital markets experience having worked in New York, London and Sydney in both investment management and corporate advisory for ABN AMRO, BT Funds Management, Fortius and ETrade.
Nic has been a trusted investment manager and adviser to leading industry superannuation funds, mutual funds, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, wealth managers and family offices. Nic has extensive experience in capital markets transactions, property investment, capital raisings and M&A.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Sydney, is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). He has also completed the Leadership Course for Senior Executives at Harvard Business School.
